Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Cut the peppers into thin slices and finely chop the shallot. (or use frozen ones!!)
3. Mix the cream, egg, vinegar, and tomato paste.
4. Place the dough on parchment paper and place it on a baking sheet. Fold the edges of the dough slightly so that the cream we are going to pour does not spill.
5. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
Pour the cream onto the dough, then add the peppers and shallot, and finally the bacon and mozzarella (and/or Parmesan shavings).
6. Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve with salad (green, mixed, raw vegetables, ...).
