Instructions

  • 1.   In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta for about 7 minutes, until al dente.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, sauté the garlic in a large oiled skillet. Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes, stirring regularly.
  • 3.   Drain the pasta and return it to the pot. Add the pesto and toss to coat the pasta evenly. Keep warm.
  • 4.   Add the shrimp mixture to the reserved pasta and toss to coat them well.

  • 150 ml of pesto
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • salt (according to taste)
