Instructions

  • 1.   Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan.
  • 2.   Sauté the cucumber slices in the pan for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden.
  • 3.   Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • 4.   Cook the chicken breast in the pan, without oil, for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  • 5.   Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat.
  • 6.   Toast the hamburger bun in a toaster.
  • 7.   Meanwhile, mix the tzatziki with lime juice in a bowl.
  • 8.   Place the cucumber slices on the bottom half of the hamburger bun.
  • 9.   Top with the grilled chicken breast and the lemon tzatziki.
  • 10.   Close the burger with the top half of the bun.
  • 11.   Enjoy immediately.
