2. Unroll the dough on a baking sheet.
Place tomato sauce in the center, artichoke hearts (more or less according to taste, the rest can be used in a salad), cheese (mozzarella, gruyere, feta, blue cheese...), and optionally some hazelnuts. Season with salt and pepper. (You can also add a pinch of Herbes de Provence or any leftover ingredients from the fridge, such as ham or eggs).
Fold the edges of the dough towards the center to form the "pizza ball".
