Instructions
1. Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the pizza dough.
2. Peel and finely chop the onion.
Put half of it in a bowl and the other half in a sauté pan.
3. In the sauté pan, sauté the ground meat with the onion for about 2 minutes, then add 3/4 of the passata. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
4. In the bowl (with the half onion), add 3/4 of the spinach, crumbled feta cheese, egg, remaining quarter of passata, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
In another bowl, season the remaining quarter of spinach with vinaigrette.
5. Unroll the pizza dough on a baking sheet and cut it in half.
6. Leaving a 3 cm border, fill the center of the dough: one with the meat mixture and the other with the spinach mixture.
Fold the edges over the filling and twist the ends (to form a boat shape).
Optional: Make a small indentation in the center of the filling and crack an egg onto each pide.
Bake for 15 to 30 minutes (carefully lift the dough to check for doneness).
7. Mix the yogurt, oil, salt, and pepper to prepare a dipping sauce.
8. Serve the pre-cut pide with a spoonful of sauce. Serve with salad.
