Instructions

  • 1.   Preparation
    Grate one lemon, then squeeze both lemons and set aside.
    Next, cut the chicken breast into pieces and season.
    Peel the onion and cut it into pieces, then heat the olive oil in a large skillet and add the onion. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes, then add the garlic and cook for another minute.
    Add the chicken to the mixture and cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. The chicken should be golden and tender.
    Finally, add the finely chopped lemon zest and lemon juice to the chicken, then remove from heat. Season and add the chopped parsley.
    Serve the lemon chicken hot.
