2. Line a brownie pan with parchment paper.
3. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, milk, melted coconut oil, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
4. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt, and mix well.
5. Lightly crush the peanuts with a rolling pin.
6. Stir in the chocolate chips and peanuts.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
8. Allow the blondies to cool before removing from the pan and cutting into squares.
