OVEN-ROASTED LAMB LEG SLICES

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • 2.   Season the lamb leg slices with salt, then rub them with a pressed garlic clove.
  • 3.   In a skillet, heat olive oil and place the lamb leg slices to brown them on each side over medium-high heat.
  • 4.   In an ovenproof dish, place thyme and bay leaves, then crush the remaining garlic cloves and add them to the dish as well. Arrange the lamb leg slices on top.
  • 5.   Bake for 10 minutes.
  • 6.   A few minutes before removing the meat from the oven, baste it with its cooking juices.

  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
