Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the ground meat.
  • 2.   When the meat is cooked, add the tomato sauce and let it simmer.
  • 3.   Cook the lasagna noodles in a pot of boiling water for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • 4.   Layer the lasagna noodles, meat sauce, and béchamel sauce in a greased baking dish. Repeat for 4 to 5 layers.
  • 5.   Finish with a layer of lasagna noodles, béchamel sauce, and grated cheese.
  • 6.   Add butter flakes and basil.
  • 7.   Bake for approximately 35 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.

  • 250 g of lasagna sheet
  • 400 g of ground beef
  • 250 g of tomato sauce
  • 100 g of grated sheep cheese
  • 1 stalk of fresh basil
  • 20 g of olive oil
  • 400 g of béchamel sauce (optional)
  • Sauce Béchamel :
  • 3 tablespoon of Cornstarch
  • 375 ml of plant-based milk
  • 30 g of olive oil
  • 1.5 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
