Smoked Salmon Blinis with Dill Cream

Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the yeast and milk. Let it rest at room temperature for 5 minutes.
  • 2.   Make a well with the flour and place the salt and eggs in the middle.
  • 3.   Mix well, gradually adding the milk/yeast mixture.
  • 4.   Set aside for 4 hours.
  • 5.   Cook each blini in a small buttered pan, no larger than 12 cm.
  • 6.   Mix the cottage cheese and lemon juice.
  • 7.   Finely chop the dill and incorporate it into the cottage cheese.
  • 8.   Top the blinis with the dill cream, then a slice of smoked salmon.

  • 150 g of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 10 g of dried baker's yeast
  • 20 cl of plant-based milk
  • 1 teaspoon of margarine
  • Garniture :
  • 4 tablespoon of sheep's milk white cheese
  • 10 stalk of fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 8 slice of smoked salmon
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
