Hasselback Potatoes

Instructions

  • 1.   Brush the potatoes and dry them. Place a potato between the handles of two wooden spoons and slice it thinly and evenly, allowing the knife blade to stop at the handles. Repeat with the remaining potatoes.
  • 2.   Slice the garlic cloves and slide them between the potato slices.
  • 3.   Place the Hasselback potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then drizzle with melted butter, sprinkle with sea salt, and add sprigs of thyme.
  • 4.   Bake for 45 minutes at 200 °C (392 °F).
