Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and slice the onions, then place them in a microwave-safe dish.
  • 2.   Cut the turkey breast slices into small cubes. Add them to the onions and mix.
  • 3.   Peel and cut the zucchini into thin slices. Arrange them in the dish, on top of the onions and turkey, slightly overlapping the slices.
  • 4.   Pour the cream over the mixture.
  • 5.   Sprinkle with nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle the grated cheese.
  • 6.   Microwave on full power for 15 minutes... it's ready!

  • 2 onions
  • 6 slice of turkey breast
  • 10 ml of semi thick light cream
  • 1 handful of grated cheese
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
