Yogurt and Apricot Muffin

Instructions

  • 1.   Preparation: In a mixer, combine flour, baking powder, and sugar to make the batter.
    In a bowl, mix together egg, yogurt, milk, and vanilla sugar. Pour this mixture into the batter in the mixer, which should be running at a low speed, until a smooth batter is obtained.
    Pour this batter into greased ramekins, filling them only halfway.
    Add a small spoonful of high-quality apricot jam to each ramekin, then pour more batter until it reaches 3/4 of the ramekin.
    Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
