Homemade sandwich bread

Magimix recipe but without a Magimix I double the quantities and bought two loaf pans to make two at the same time = time-saving for next time Ideal for breakfast, grilled cheese, or sandwiches

Instructions

  • 1.   Put warm milk and yeast in a bowl, let it rest for 5/10 min
  • 2.   Add the butter cut into pieces, salt, sugar, and flour.
    Mix well by hand, the dough should be sticky but not sticking to your fingers.
  • 3.   Put in a floured bowl, cover with a damp cloth.
    Let it rest for 1 hour at room temperature.
  • 4.   Shape into a loaf and place in a greased pan.
    Let it rest for 30 min at room temperature.
  • 5.   Bake for 30 min in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F)
    Remove from the pan and let it cool.

  • 6 g of dried baker's yeast
  • 275 ml of milk
  • 30 g of soft butter
  • 5 g of fine salt
  • 10 g of powdered sugar
  • 350 g of T55 flour
