Quiche Lorraine (without cow's milk)

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (thermostat 7).
  • 2.   Roll out the shortcrust pastry in a buttered and floured pie dish.
  • 3.   Prick the pastry with a fork.
  • 4.   In a small bowl, whisk the eggs.
  • 5.   Add the bacon and cottage cheese, then mix until smooth.
  • 6.   Season to taste.
  • 7.   Pour the mixture onto the shortcrust pastry.
  • 8.   COOKING
    Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (thermostat 7).
    Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
    Monitor the quiche while it is cooking.
  • 9.   SERVING
    Cut the Quiche Lorraine as desired.
    Decorate the quiche with salad or parsley.
    Serve it warm or hot.
