Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   Separate the egg whites and yolks of 4 eggs.
  • 3.   Beat the egg yolks with the sugar in a bowl.
  • 4.   Add the whole egg, plain yogurt, flour, and baking powder, then mix well until you obtain a smooth batter.
  • 5.   Divide the batter into two bowls.
  • 6.   Pour the cocoa into the first bowl and mix well.
  • 7.   Pour the liquid vanilla into the second bowl and mix well.
  • 8.   Pour the batters alternately into a silicone mold.
  • 9.   Bake for 35 minutes.
  • 10.   Let it cool down, then remove from the mold.
  • 11.   Serve warm or cold, dusted with powdered sugar for decoration if desired.
