Light Egg Flan in the Pressure Cooker

Instructions

  • 1.   Bring the milk, sugar, and pinch of salt to a boil. Beat the eggs and vigorously mix them with the milk for 2 minutes. Add the vanilla sugar.
  • 2.   Pour into a mold and cover it with aluminum foil. You can place a plate on top of the mold to prevent the aluminum foil from coming off during cooking.
  • 3.   Close the pressure cooker and let it cook for 7 minutes from the first whistle.

Notes & Suggestions

  • For flavored sugar, insert a vanilla pod into your jar.
