Instructions

  • 1.   UTENSILS;
    ▢ A kitchen scale + its bowl.
    ▢ A peeler and a tablespoon.
    ▢ A cutting board + its knife - for fruits & vegetables.
    ▢ A sheet of absorbent paper.
    ▢ A citrus juicer and a whisk.
    ▢ A blender.
    ▢ A large bowl and a small one + their lids.
  • 2.   INSTRUCTIONS;
    - Peel, deseed, and dice the cucumber (⚠️See 4/6 months).
    - Peel and remove the germ from the garlic clove. Wash and dry the mint. Squeeze the lemon juice.
    - Blend cucumber + garlic + 5 large mint leaves at high speed. Add lemon juice + oil. Blend.
    - Place the gazpacho in the refrigerator for 1 hour (⚠️See 9/12 months).
    - Cut the melon into small cubes and reserve in the refrigerator (⚠️See 12 months).
    - Before serving, whisk to homogenize.
    - Season and serve with melon and 1 mint leaf for decoration.

  • 3.   FROM 4 MONTHS: Extra-smooth cucumber puree;
    ⚠️ Retrieve 35g of cucumber.
    Blend and retrieve the cucumber water.
    🍽️ Enjoy chilled.
  • 4.   FROM 6 MONTHS: Smooth cucumber puree;
    ⚠️ Retrieve 35g of cucumber.
    Blend and retrieve the cucumber water.
    🍽️ Enjoy chilled.
  • 5.   FROM 9 MONTHS: Mashed gazpacho;
    ⚠️ Retrieve 35g of gazpacho.
    Mix well before serving to baby.
    🍽️ Enjoy chilled.
  • 6.   FROM 12 MONTHS: Cucumber-Melon Gazpacho;
    ⚠️ Retrieve 35g of gazpacho.
    ⚠️ Retrieve 15g of diced melon.
    Mix well before serving to baby, topped with melon cubes.
    🍽️ Enjoy chilled.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Extra tip;
    Add 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt for extra creaminess.
