Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to the broil setting. Cut the chicken breast into strips. Peel and finely slice the garlic.
2. Cook the gnocchi in a large pot of boiling water, following the recommended cooking time on the packaging.
3. Sauté the chicken in a drizzle of olive oil for 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Once golden brown, add the garlic and continue cooking for a bit. Remove from the pan.
4. In the same pan, pour in the heavy cream. Heat over medium heat and add the Parmesan cheese. Let it melt while stirring constantly. Mix the chicken and gnocchi with the cream sauce.
5. Pour everything into a gratin dish. Cut and distribute the mozzarella. You can sprinkle some more Parmesan on top. Place in the oven for 5 minutes.
