Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the polenta as indicated on the package.
  • 2.   Add the fresh cheese.
  • 3.   Also cook the bell pepper, tomatoes, and zucchini with olive oil and add some herbs de Provence. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 4.   Mix the polenta with the vegetables off the heat.
  • 5.   Bake this mixture for 30 minutes.
