Oven-baked Royal Dorade with a Low-Sugar and Low-GI Orange Sauté

An orange sauté to accompany my oven-baked Royal Dorade. Yum Yum. With this dish, no need to indulge in dessert or snacks. It's filling and has a low glycemic index, so no insulin spike and no reactive hypoglycemia. And on top of that, this sauté is easy to prepare and with work picking up, I have less time, so I prioritize quick recipes during the week.
