Low GI Oat and Chocolate Tartlets with 0 Sugar and Low GI

Low GI oat and chocolate tartlets, quick and easy to make. Perfect for a snack, it reminds me of my childhood. Very tasty. I must say, there's a good layer of chocolate. I adapted the recipe from @healthy_avenue with a few modifications.

Cooking time: 15 minutes
Rest time: 60 minutes
Energy: 326 kcal / serving

Instructions

  • 1.   Dough recipe:
    - 100g of oat flakes
    - 35g of chopped hazelnuts and almonds
    - 2 tbsp of acacia honey or agave syrup
    - 2 tbsp of almond flour
    - 6 tbsp of almond milk
    Mix everything together and place in small molds or cookie cutters. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.

    Filling recipe:
    - 100g of 70% dark chocolate
    - 2 tbsp of almond milk
  • 2.   Melt the chocolate. Then fill the tartlets and refrigerate for 1 hour.

  • 18 g of crushed almond
  • 2 tablespoon of acacia honey
  • 2 tablespoon of almond powder
  • 6 tablespoon of almond milk
  • Recette de la garniture :
  • 100 g of 70% dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoon of almond milk
