Bolognese Lasagna (Frije recipe)

Instructions

  • 1.   😀 Preparation in advance possible
  • 2.   Cook the ground meat (should not brown) over medium heat in a pan.
    When the meat is almost cooked, make a bolognese sauce with Klassik tomato sauce and tomato paste.
  • 3.   Assembly in a baking dish: a small layer of semi-thick cream, fresh pasta (one or two layers?), meat sauce, cream, a little grated cheese, pasta, meat sauce, cream... finish with pasta, cream, and cheese.
  • 4.   Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35 minutes, cover with aluminum foil, and uncover towards the end of cooking to brown the cheese slightly.
    Prepare the green salad.

  • 300 g of fresh lasagna noodles
  • 600 g of minced beef
  • 1 semi-thick cream
  • 350 g of "Klassik" tomato sauce
  • 70 g of tomato paste
  • 100 g of grated mozzarella
  • 1 green salad
  • parsley (according to taste)
