Instructions

  • 1.   Bake your potatoes in the oven for 30 minutes.
  • 2.   Once cooked, cut them in half and scoop out the flesh, set aside the skin.
  • 3.   Mix the eggs, cream, chives, salt, pepper, and gruyère cheese with the potato flesh until you obtain a mashed potato consistency.
  • 4.   Fill the potato skins with the mixture, sprinkle with gruyère cheese for gratin, and bake for another 15 minutes.
