Instructions

  • 1.   In the bowl of your Thermomix, add the lemon zest and sugar, then mix for 15 seconds at speed 10.
  • 2.   Add the almond powder, flour, and lemon juice, then knead for 1 minute in dough mode.
  • 3.   Form balls of about 25 g each, then lightly flatten them.
    Place your biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  • 4.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F), then bake the biscuits for 15 minutes.
