Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • 2.   Grease and flour the pie dish (for time-saving, you can use parchment paper).
  • 3.   Roll out the dough and blind bake it for 10 minutes.
  • 4.   Cut the cheeses into pieces.
  • 5.   Beat the eggs + 2 yolks with the milk, cream, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
  • 6.   Spread the cheese pieces on the bottom of the pie crust, then pour the egg mixture over them.
  • 7.   Bake for approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
