Caramelized Pork with Cookeo

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the pork into pieces.
  • 2.   Pour 40 cl of water into the Cookeo pot. Add the bouillon cube, ginger, mixed spices, and soy sauce. Heat on the "browning" mode / preheating time while stirring with a wooden spoon. Close to keep it hot.
  • 3.   In a saucepan, heat the sugar and 5 cl of water to obtain a light caramel.
  • 4.   Once the caramel is ready, pour it into the hot broth in the pot. Mix well and melt the caramel on the "browning" mode / 4 min while stirring with a wooden spoon.
  • 5.   Add the meat and onion cut into large pieces. Let simmer and reduce on the "pressure cooking" mode / 14 min.
