Instructions

  • 1.   To be composed for the week, varying:
    => dairy products: cottage cheese, plain yogurt, Greek yogurt, smoothie, fruit yogurt, mascarpone...
    => biscuits: butter cookies, speculoos, cookies, cereal, spoon...
    => fruits: seasonal, frozen, canned, red, exotic...
    => sweeteners +: honey, jam, caramel, chocolate, sauce, applesauce...
    Fill yogurt pots (with lids) according to your choices, trying to balance the quantities, flavors, sugar, and textures.

    Ideas:
  • 2.   Red fruits:
    alternating layers of red fruit jam and a mixture of plain yogurt and raspberry, roughly crushed cookies, and frozen or fresh red fruits.
  • 3.   Yellow fruits:
    pieces of butter cookies, chunks of nectarines, vanilla cottage cheese, peach compote, apricot pieces, and crumbled butter cookie.
  • 4.   Strawberry tart:
    crumbled Breton shortbread, sliced strawberries along the sides of the pot, a mixture of 1/3 mascarpone and 2/3 vanilla yogurt (or vanilla dessert cream like Danette), and a few strawberry cubes to finish.
  • 5.   Exotic fruits:
    2 tablespoons of blended mango flesh, a few passion fruit seeds, Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt, muesli.
  • 6.   Banoffee (banana caramel):
    crushed half of a butter biscuit, banana slices, a drizzle of caramel sauce, smoothie yogurt, topped with granola (either chocolate biscuit or cereal... both work well!) and/or a light dusting of cocoa powder if desired.
