Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the tomatoes
    . 30 seconds in boiling water
  • 2.   Peel the vegetables
    . Carrots into small dice
    . Finely chopped garlic
    . Cut the tomatoes into quarters
    . Sliced onions
  • 3.   Cook the meat
    Oil, meat, and onions in a saucepan over low heat (Salt+Pepper)
    When the meat is cooked and the onions are translucent, add carrots and garlic and sauté for a few minutes
    Add tomatoes, tomato paste, bay leaf, basil, oregano, sugar, broth, white wine SN (Salt+Pepper)
