Instructions

  • 1.   Take the whole wheat wrap and cut it in half.
  • 2.   Place the avocado on the first quarter, the salmon on the second, the spinach on the third, and the grated mozzarella on the fourth.
  • 3.   Fold each quarter over the other in a clockwise direction.
  • 4.   Toast the wrap for a few minutes.
