Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • 3.   Pour the mixture over the fish fillets in a shallow dish.
  • 4.   Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • 5.   Clean the vegetables and steam them for 5 minutes.
  • 6.   Place the pre-cooked vegetables in the center of four large sheets of aluminum foil.
  • 7.   Cover them with the marinated fish fillets.
  • 8.   Pour the remaining marinade on top and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
  • 9.   Close the parcels and place them on a oven rack.
  • 10.   Bake for approximately 25 minutes, checking for doneness.
  • 11.   Serve hot.

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 lime juice
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
