Stuffed Mushroom-Shrimp

Instructions

  • 1.   Thaw the shrimp. Cut the carrot into small dice. Clean the mushrooms.
  • 2.   Blend half of the shrimp with the egg white and cornstarch. Cut the remaining shrimp into small pieces. Mix everything together. Add the chopped cilantro. Set some aside for garnish. Season generously.
  • 3.   Stuff the mushrooms and place them in the steamer baskets. Cook for 8 minutes.
  • 4.   Serve with cilantro and optionally add grated ginger.

  • 250 g of raw peeled shrimp
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 tablespoon of Cornstarch
  • 1 egg white
  • 8 sprig of fresh coriander
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
