Instructions

  • 1.   Roll the veal escalopes in the ham, slip a sage leaf.
  • 2.   Wash the celery stalks and cut them into pieces.
  • 3.   In a casserole dish, heat the oil and brown the meat on all sides.
  • 4.   Add the crushed tomatoes, celery, and 100 ml of water. Cook covered over medium heat for 25 minutes. Serve with pasta.

  • 400 g of canned crushed tomatoes
  • 3 stalk of celery stalk
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
