Instructions

  • 1.   Leave the unsalted butter at room temperature for a few hours before starting.
  • 2.   Preheat the oven to 170 °C (325 °F). Use regular butter to grease a pie dish. Line it with pastry. Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Prick the bottom with a fork and bake for 15 minutes.
  • 3.   Put the cream, sugar, chocolate pieces, and raisins in a saucepan. Heat the mixture over low heat. Remove from heat, add the salted butter, and mix with a spatula.
  • 4.   Fill the pastry crust with the chocolate cream, smoothing it out. Decorate with raisins and let cool before serving.
