Chicken wings

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.
  • 2.   In a bowl, mix together the honey, lemon juice, chopped garlic, chili pepper, salt, and pepper.
  • 3.   Dip the chicken wings in the marinade, then place them in an ovenproof dish.
    Pour the remaining marinade over the chicken wings.
  • 4.   Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • 5.   Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 220°C (425°F).
    During cooking, regularly baste the chicken wings with the marinade.
  • 6.   Serve hot, with a choice of barbecue sauce, ketchup, or other sauce.
