Fish Waterzoï (Frije recipe with Cookeo)

Instructions

  • 1.   😀 Preparing in advance
  • 2.   Peel and slice the carrots, leeks, and onion. Clean and slice the celery stalks (+ leaves). Cut the fish into large pieces.
  • 3.   Set the Cookeo to the Browning mode and melt the butter. Add the sliced vegetables and thyme. Cook for 5 minutes while stirring.
  • 4.   Add the fish pieces, white wine, 5cl of water, fish stock, salt++, and pepper. Cook under pressure for 9 minutes.
    Cook the side dish: basmati rice, regular rice, steamed potatoes...
  • 5.   After the pressure cooking, add the cream. Let simmer for 5-10 minutes while adding a little flour to thicken the sauce.

  • 4 teaspoon of fish stock

  • 20 cl of heavy cream
  • 200 g of white fish
  • 200 g of rice

  • pepper (according to taste)
