Homemade fish burger

Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the onions over low heat.
  • 2.   Add the breaded fish.
  • 3.   Once cooked, place a slice of cheddar cheese on the fish and let it melt.
  • 4.   Once cooked, place the fish and cheese on one of the bread slices that you have previously spread with a mixture of ketchup and mayonnaise or tartar sauce.
  • 5.   Add lettuce and small tomato slices.
  • 6.   You can now cover the preparation with the other bread slice (with ketchup and mayonnaise or tartar sauce).
  • 7.   If desired, you can bake the burgers in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes at 350°F.

  • 4 hamburger buns
