Instructions

  • 1.   Remove the seeds from the cucumber. Grate it along with the carrot and radishes. Mix in the cottage cheese and chopped coriander, then season.
  • 2.   Place 2 slices of salmon on a plate. Cover them with the raw vegetables, then add the second slice of salmon. Drizzle with oil and serve with buttered bread.
