Instructions

  • 1.   In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, and salt.

    While stirring, gradually add the beer, plant-based milk, and oil. If there are any lumps, the batter can be blended in a blender or with an immersion blender.

    Cook the pancakes in a hot, oiled pan, fill them with whatever toppings you like, and enjoy.
