Instructions

  • 1.   Drizzle some oil in a pot over medium heat with the onion and zucchini cut into pieces. Let simmer for a few minutes. Add the peas.

    Pour in just enough cold water to cover.

    Season with salt and pepper, mix.

    Cover and simmer for thirty minutes.

    Blend until very smooth.

    Serve sprinkled with crushed walnuts.
