One pot beef with vegetables and wheat (Low GI SK)

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the meat into cubes and the carrots into slices. Slice the mushrooms and the onion. Rinse and drain the wheat.
  • 2.   Put all the ingredients in a pot, season with pepper, then pour 70 cl of water. Cook for 1h30 on low heat and covered, stirring occasionally.

  • 1 kg of beef bourguignon
  • 4 carrots
  • 500 g of button mushroom
  • 1 red onion
  • 400 g of canned crushed tomatoes
  • 150 g of wheat
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 leaf of bay leaf
  • 1 stalk of thyme
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
