One pot of chickpeas with bell peppers and tuna (Low GI SK)

Instructions

  • 1.   Remove the seeds from the bell peppers and cut them into small dice, then wash them. Slice the onion, drain the chickpeas and the tuna.

    Put all the ingredients in a saucepan, add cold water and cover. Let cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover 5 minutes before the end.

  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
