Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the beet into julienne strips.
  • 2.   Roughly crush the walnut kernels.
  • 3.   Mix all the ingredients: beets, walnuts, yogurt, garlic, and vinegar.
  • 4.   Let it rest in the refrigerator for a few hours.
