Banana Peanut Ice Cream

Instructions

  • 1.   First, place the bananas in the freezer for at least 4 hours in advance.
    Blend the bananas and the other ingredients in a blender until you have an ice cream-like texture. You can optionally add some plant-based milk if the consistency is too hard for the blender.
    It is recommended to consume immediately. You can of course freeze it to consume later, but the texture will be less creamy.

  • 3 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • 1 pinch of flower of salt
  • 3 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 1 small lemon
  • 5 ml of plant-based milk
