Instructions

  • 1.   Roll out the dough with its parchment paper in a pie dish and prick it with a fork.
  • 2.   Crack the eggs into a bowl, then pour in the cream and mix well. Add the cornstarch, season with pepper and salt, and add a pinch of ground nutmeg, then mix.
  • 3.   Spread the bacon and ham cubes over the dough. Cover with the mixture (if needed, add a little milk).
  • 4.   Sprinkle with grated cheese according to taste.
  • 5.   Bake for about 30 minutes at 220°C (for a convection oven).
