Instructions
1. Stovetop cooking: peel the potatoes and potimarron, cut them into pieces, and cook in water.
2. Microwave cooking: remove the top of the potimarron, remove the seeds, put the top back on, wrap it in plastic wrap, place it on a microwave-safe dish, and cook for 10-15 minutes at full power. Put the potatoes in a sealed bag with a little water, vacuum seal it, and cook for 10-15 minutes in the microwave at full power as well (after the potimarron, of course!). Remove the flesh of the potimarron, peel the potatoes.
3. Mix everything together, mash with a potato masher, season with salt and pepper. Add a knob of butter. Parsley for decoration. Enjoy your meal!
