TURKEY CUTLETS WITH MUSHROOMS AND CREAM

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the mushroom stems, clean them, and slice them.
  • 2.   Heat a skillet with the butter.
  • 3.   Once melted, place the turkey cutlets in the skillet and cook them for 5 minutes on each side.
  • 4.   Add the sliced mushrooms and the cream, season with salt and pepper. Stir and let it heat for another 5 minutes.
  • 5.   Sprinkle with chopped chives... It's ready! Serve your hot cutlets with rice.
