. Peel all the vegetables, wash them, and cut them into large cubes for the potatoes, pumpkin, and carrots. Finely chop the onion and leek.

. In a pot, melt the butter and add the vegetables. Slightly brown them.

. Pour enough water to cover all the vegetables, add the bouillon cube, salt, and pepper.

. Once it reaches a boil, reduce the heat and let it simmer on low for about 35 to 40 minutes.

. After this time, blend everything together with more or less liquid according to your taste.

. Add the chopped parsley, cream, and a pinch of nutmeg. Serve with a side of grated gruyère cheese.
