Instructions
1. Peel and dice the tomatoes. Pour oil into a tajine, add the tomatoes, sliced onion, carrot sticks, finely chopped parsley and coriander, and grated garlic.
2. Now add the spices: salt, ginger, cumin, paprika, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix and cook to brown the vegetables. Then add enough water to cover the vegetables.
3. Put a lid on and let simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Add peeled potato pieces, slices of bell pepper, and large pieces of fish.
5. Briefly mix, put the lid back on, and cook for another 15 minutes.
