Fish and Vegetable Tajine

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and dice the tomatoes. Pour oil into a tajine, add the tomatoes, sliced onion, carrot sticks, finely chopped parsley and coriander, and grated garlic.
  • 2.   Now add the spices: salt, ginger, cumin, paprika, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix and cook to brown the vegetables. Then add enough water to cover the vegetables.
  • 3.   Put a lid on and let simmer for 15 minutes.
  • 4.   Add peeled potato pieces, slices of bell pepper, and large pieces of fish.
  • 5.   Briefly mix, put the lid back on, and cook for another 15 minutes.

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • ½ green bell peppers
  • 12 cl of water
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon of fresh coriander
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
