Instructions

  • 1.   Clean and cut the potatoes
  • 2.   Clean the leeks and cut them into slices
  • 3.   Cut the onions
  • 4.   Cook everything in water
  • 5.   Season with salt, pepper, add spices and butter
  • 6.   Once cooked, blend. Add water if needed.
